RPO Football’s 2023 NFL Mock Draft – Rounds 4-7

RPO Football’s 2023 NFL Mock Draft – Day 3 – Rounds 4-7

After 103  selections in the first three round, we have made it to Day 3! Day 3 includes Rounds 4 through 7 of the NFL Draft.

On Monday we released NFL mock draft for Day 1, Round 1.

On Wednesday we released NFL mock draft for Day 2, Round 2-3.

Last year Day 3 of the NFL Draft was filled with hidden gems. Running backs Dameon Pierce (4th round selection) and Tyler Allgeier (5th round selection) showed promise at some point during the season. Cornerback Tariq Woolen (5th round selection) showed a lot of teams missed out on him in as an addition to their secondary. Honestly, I think Woolen should have won Defensive Rookie Player of the Year, but that award went to first round selection Sauce Gardner.

If we are talking about gems, we cannot leave our Mr. Irrelevant or the final pick of last year’s draft Quarterback Brock Purdy. The point is draft capital does matter, but at the same time some players when given the opportunity rise above what their draft capital was. Since there are so many picks, I am only going to go over three selections for each round.

NFL Mock Draft Round 4

- Chicago – S JL Skinner – Boise St

- Houston – WR Parker Washington – Penn St

- Arizona – OT Jaelyn Duncan – Maryland

- Indianapolis – OG Emil Ekiyor Jr – Alabama

- New England – OT Zion Nelson – Miami

- Denver – S Brandon Joseph – Notre Dame

- Las Vegas – RB DeWayne McBride – UAB – McBride rose on everybody’s board, as he should. Yes, the Raiders still have Jacobs, but behind him it is slim. Zamir White is promising, but he has also already had two ACL injuries. McBride can handle the workload or split carries with Jacobs to save energy for both.

- Atlanta – OT Antonio Mafi – UCLA

- Cleveland – CB Mekhi Garner – LSU

- New York Jets – WR Andrei Iosivas – Princeton

- Atlanta – OG Braeden Daniels – Utah

- Carolina – TE Tucker Kraft – San Dakota St

- New Orleans – RB Chase Brown – Illinois

- Green Bay – S Sydney Brown – Illinois – A safety that will probably earn his flowers on special teams first. His speed and ability to attack the run at the line though could have shine if pushed into the opportunity.

- New England – CB Tre’Vius Hodges-Tomlinson – TCU

- Washington – RB Evan Hull – Northwestern

- Minnesota – RB Sean Tucker – Syracuse

- Pittsburgh – RB Kenny McIntosh – Georgia

- Jacksonville – EDGE Adetomiwa Adebawore – Northwestern

- Kansas City – WR Rashee Rice – SMU – Rice was promising all season, but after a poor performance at the Senior Bowl it is possible he slid some draft boards. A solid Wide Receiver that with Mahomes at the helm could become a steal of the draft.

- Seattle – WR Trey Palmer – Nebraska

- Baltimore – RB Tank Bigsby – Auburn

- Los Angeles Chargers – WR Rakim Jarrett – Maryland

- Cleveland – C/OL Olusegun Oluwatimi – Michigan

- Jacksonville – TE Cameron Latu – Alabama

- New York Giants – RB Zach Evans – Ole Miss

- Dallas – WR Michael Wilson – Stanford

- Buffalo – S Ji’Ayir Brown – Penn St

- Cincinnati – CB Riley Moss – Iowa

- Carolina – C/OL Ricky Stromberg – Arkansas

- Chicago – Edge Karl Brooks – Bowling Green

- Kansas City – OT Wanya Morris – Oklahoma

- *New England – OT Ryan Hayes – Michigan

NFL Mock Draft Round 5

- Chicago – TE Jahleel Billingsley – Texas

- Buffalo – OG Juice Scruggs – Penn State

- Indianapolis – DL Byron Young – TENN

- Denver – EDGE KJ Henry – Clemson

- Cleveland – QB Clayton Tune – Houston – Watson should receive the full year as a starter, but after losing back up Jacoby Brissett the team desperately needs a leader if things go south for Watson. Tune has the leadership ability, and his patience to go through his progressions should transition well into the pro levels.

- Las Vegas – CB Darius Rush – South Carolina

- Cleveland – S Rashad Torrence II – Florida

- New York Jets – QB Stetson Bennett – Georgia

- Las Vegas – WR Jalen Moreno-Cropper – Fresno St

- Carolina – WR Dontayvion Wicks – Virginia

- New Orleans – DT Moro Ojomo – Texas – A potential steal for any team. Ojomo is a strong presence in the middle. He can steer any lineman with his strength or attack any player behind the line with his speed.

- Tennessee – S Jakorian Bennett – Maryland

- Chicago – C/OL Alex Forsyth – Oregon

- Green Bay – WR Puka Nacua – BYU

- Washington – TE Marshon Ford – Louisville

- Seattle – RB Erik Gray – Oklahoma

- Detroit – EDGE/DL Keion White – Georgia Tech

- Tampa Bay – LB Mike Morris – Michigan

- Seattle – DT Cameron Young – Mississippi St

- San Francisco – RB Deuce Vaughn – Kansas St

- Los Angeles Chargers – S Jartavius Martin – Illinois

- Baltimore – CB Mekhi Blackmon – USC

- Minnesota – WR Jake Bobo – UCLA

- Atlanta – QB Aidan O’Connell – Purdue

- New York Giants – DT Colby Wooden – Auburn

- Houston – LB Cam Jones – Indiana

- Indianapolis – OT Conner Galvin – Baylor

- Cincinnati – OT Warren McClendon – Georgia

- San Francisco – TE Luke Schoonmaker – Michigan

- New Orleans – QB Jake Haener – Fresno St

- Kansas City – RB Keaton Mitchell – East Carolina

- *Arizona – DT Gervon Dexter Jr – Florida

- *Dallas – OLB Ivan Pace Jr – CINCY

- *Green Bay – LB SirVocea Dennis – Pittsburgh

- Los Angeles Rams* – T Tyler Steen – Alabama

- *San Francisco – QB Max Duggan – TCU

- *Las Vegas – DT Kobie Turner – Wake Forest

- *Tampa Bay – RB Mohamed Ibrahim – Minnesota

- *Indianapolis – S Quindell Johnson – Memphis

- *Los Angeles Rams – CB Terell Smith – Minnesota – The Rams will be on the hunt for a new Cornerback after losing star corner Jalen Ramsey to Miami. Smith may not start out the gate, but with his size and top end speed all he needs is proper coaching at the next level.

NFL Mock Draft Round 6

- Kansas City – DT Byron Young – Alabama

- Tampa Bay – LB Mike Jones Jr – LSU

- Arizona – RB Chris Rodriguez – Kentucky – Running back Keontay Ingram showed promise behind starter James Conner, but this is a depth piece. A strong runner, that what he lacks in initial burst speed he makes up with strength. Any defender will find out how strong he is at first contact.

- Tampa Bay – OG Chandler Zavala – NC State

- Los Angeles Rams – S Quindell Johnson – Memphis

- Detroit – RB Tavion Thomas – Utah

- New England – QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson – UCLA

- Jacksonville – TE Payne Durham – Purdue

- Tennessee – WR Ronnie Bell – Michigan

- New England – TE Brenton Strange – Penn St

- Houston – OG Nick Broeker – Ole Miss – Broeker is likely a raw prospect, but at this round he is worth the risk. He understands what needs to be done if called upon to block down the field. Assuming the Texans choose a run first offense with the new regime of coaches this is an excellent addition for depth.

- Los Angeles Rams – LB Dee Winters – TCU – Winters is a Linebacker that can play inside and outside. That versatility will transition well to a team like the Rams that can package him up in any way to watch him make the play.

- Cleveland – DT Keondre Cobrun – Texas

- Los Angeles Rams – WR Jayden Reed – Michigan St

- New England – TE Davis Allen – Clemson

- Washington – CB Kei’Trel Clark – Louisville

- Detroit – QB Adrian Martinez – Kansas State

- Denver – RB Camerun Peoples – Appalachian St

- Tampa Bay – WR Elijah Higgins – Stanford

- Miami – OLB Nick Hampton – Appalachian St

- Seattle – RB Xazavian Valladay – Arizona St

- Baltimore – WR Charlie Jones – Purdue

- Los Angeles Chargers – OT Carter Warren – Pittsburgh

- Houston – WR Dontay Demus Jr. – Maryland

- Jacksonville – LB Yasir Abdullah – Louisville

- Houston – DT Zacch Pickens – South Carolina

- Las Vegas – DL Jalen Redmond – Oklahoma

- Buffalo – Edge Jose Ramirez – Eastern Michigan

- Cincinnati – RB Travis Dye – USC

- New York Jets – LB Mohamoud Diabete – Utah

- Jacksonville – RB Lew Nichols III – Central Michigan

- New York Giants – Edge Habakkuk Baldonado – Pittsburgh

- *New England – S DeMarcco Hellams – Alabama

- *Minnesota – EDGE Isaiah McGuire – Missouri

- *Dallas – WR Bryce Ford-Wheaton – West Virginia

- *Arizona – EDGE Brenton Cox Jr – Florida

- *Las Vegas – CB Sterling Thomas V – UAB

- *Washington WR Justin Shorter – Florida

- *San Francisco – RB Tiyon Evans – Louisville

- *Kansas City – TE Josh Whyle – Cincinnati

NFL Mock Draft Round 7

- Kansas City – T Asim Richards – UNC

- Philadelphia – RB Jarek Broussard – Michigan St

- Las Vegas – OG Kendall Randolph – Alabama

- Indianapolis – S Trey Dean III – Florida

- San Francisco – Edge Robert Beal Jr – Georgia

- Los Angeles Rams – OLB Aubrey Miller Jr – Jackson St

- Atlanta – EDGE Villami Fehoko – San Jose State

- Atlanta – OL Caleb Murphy – Indiana

- Jacksonville – DT Karl Brooks – Bowling Green

- New Orleans – QB Malik Cunningham – Louisville

Embed from Getty Images

- Tennessee – WR Jadon Haselwood – Arkansas – A less attractive version of Wide Receiver Treylon Burks. Haselwood has the size to be a solid possession Wide Receiver out the slot. The Titans were hurt for depth pieces at this position, and this late in the draft Haselwood will not steer them in the wrong direction.

- Cleveland – WR Keytaon Thompson – Virginia

- Houston – TE Will Mallory – Miami

- Las Vegas – WR Mitchell Tinsley – Penn St

- Green Bay – TE Travis Vokolek – Nebraska

- Washington – RB Deneric Prince – Tulsa

- Pittsburgh – OG Jon Gaines – UCLA

- Green Bay – WR/KR Derius Davis – TCU

Embed from Getty Images

- Indianapolis – WR Tre Tucker – Cincinnati – Tucker is a small speed threat. The Colts drafted 6’3 Wide Receiver Alec Pierce last year to pair with 6’4 Wide Receiver Michael Pittman. Put Tucker in between these two Giants and let him feast. Or just let him showcase his speed on special teams.

- Seattle – OG Jordan McFadden – Clemson

- Miami – C/OL Brett Neilon – USC

- Los Angeles Chargers – DT Brodric Martin – Western Kentucky

- New York Giants – WR Matt Landers – Arkansas

- Pittsburgh – EDGE Yaya Diabe – Louisville

- Green Bay – S Chamarri Conner – Virginia Tech

- New York Giants – OG Anthony Bradford – LSU

- Dallas – K Jake Moody – Michigan

- New England – DT Jonah Tavai – SD State

- Cincinnati – DL DJ Dale – Alabama

- San Francisco – CB Rejzohn Wright – Oregon St

- Philadelphia – WR Antoine Green – UNC

- Kansas City – WR Jacob Copeland – Maryland

- *Kansas City – S AJ Finley – Ole Miss

- *Tampa Bay – S Jordan Howden – Minnesota

- *New York Giants – Edge Thomas Incoom – Central Michigan

- *San Francisco – OL Henry Bainvalu – Washington

- *Green Bay – TE Blake Whiteheart – Wake Forest

- *New Orleans – WR Joseph Ngata – Clemson

Embed from Getty Images

- *Chicago – EDGE Derek Parish – Houston – One of my favorite prospects of this draft class. Parish has the strength to push through any defender, and the speed to know when to adjust off his blockers.

- *Houston – TE Noah Gindorff – North Dakota St
