Trade Value Up
Quarterbacks
Sam Howell – Threw for almost 400 yards and 4 touchdowns against the best team in the NFL (Eagles). I feel like he is the guy in Washington. I loved him coming out of college and he is slowly rising up the ranks of dynasty quarterbacks with a future.
Will Levis – Can he repeat his 4 TD game this season? First quarterback since Marcus Mariota to throw 4 TDS in his first start. First Titans quarterback since the first game of the 2021 season when Ryan Tannehill did it.
Running Backs
Javonte Williams – I think he is back! His stock is rising fast like his snap count and touches per game. Almost 100 yards total in back-to-back games.
Gus Edwards – 3 touchdown game, sell high! Two elite games from him in a row. Does it continue? If you are not in contention, move him now! Trade him for a younger back or a draft pick.
Wide Receivers
DeAndre Hopkins – Sell High! Best game in years. First 3 touchdown game since 2017! No way it continues, does it?
Jahan Dotson – Hopefully he bounces back now. First game over 100 yards receiving this year and 2nd of his career. Is he finally building a connection with Howell?
Tight Ends
Trey McBride – Buy before he’s too late! Kyler coming back soon if not maybe Caleb Williams next season. He was drafted highly for a tight end. Has been waiting and learning behind Zach Ertz. He just caught 10 balls for 95 yards and a touchdown! Does it get much better than that?
Taysom Hill – Swiss Army Knife buy if in need of a tight end. Is he really a tight end? He throws passes, runs the ball, and catches the ball. There are not a ton of great tight ends you can count on each week, so if you do not have one of them, why not take a chance on Hill.
Trade Value Down
Quarterbacks
Kirk Cousins – Sell if you are a contender or hold as a rebuilder. If you are a contender, he’s not helping anymore this season. Hopefully, he will be back for the start of the 2024 season and can keep competing at a high level with the Vikings, if he gets re-signed. I think he will be back with the team, which is why I would buy him for a rebuild. He could be a solid quarterback 2 or 3 for sure.
Running Backs
Tony Pollard – Buy Low Candidate. No touchdowns since week 1. Cowboys haven’t needed to use him much with blowouts in all their games but 1, all decided by 10 or more points.
Wide Receivers
Chris Olave – Buy Low Candidate. His air yards are crushing the league but 3 of his last 5 games haven’t been great. If a contender is getting frustrated with him, right now might be the last time to buy him.
Tight Ends
Dallas Goedert – Flip him, depending on if you are a contender or a rebuilder. Rebuilder – move him for Trey McBride ASAP! If you are a contender, you need one of his big 2 wide receivers to get hurt or move him and a draft pick for an elite tight end and go win the title!
